As we all know, modelers use lots of dangerous and potentially poisonous
products. Everybody is
careful using blades because mistakes gives immediate, visible and painful
consequences. I'm not sure we use the same attention using glue and paints:

At Names, your name was mentioned in a seminar held by Ron Ginger re: the Sieg type
machines. Most everyone nodded their heads like they knew you.  Just wanted you to know
your fame has spread to the former colonies. ;)

I need to make a number of round shim washers.
Is there a secret to doing this or am I better off buying them? The
problem with buying them is to find a use for the several hundred
unused ones.

When all, or most all combatant's air forces had 'roundels' on both the
upper and lower sides of the wings, the US had only one 'roundel' on the
top side of the left wing and one on the bottom side of the right wing.
Did we run out of 'roundels', or were we just conserving them'?

Having acquired by post the Eduard e-brass pre-painted seatbelt set 32632
for the Revell 1/32 Ju88A1, I see the black printing of the stitching is not
central on the belt, so the box with X in at each end of the belt is more a
three sided box with an X, the other edge being ...
