Anyone know a fast source of 3/8" UNF allen cap head screws 1 3/4"
(from under head to end) ? I need but two to get my flail mower back
mowing before the grass is deeper than me !!! Only source I've found
so far sells them in 50's.

i've written to bill b's family at his address. i am hoping for a positive

I have acquired (for free!) a Fobco Star benchtop drill.  Not sure how old
it is, but it looks like it has seen some use.  A little rough around the
edges, but in good order mechanically.
It is fitted with a Brook 'Gryphon' (sp?) motor, in which the bearings sound

Some time ago I converted my Triac to mach3 control.  Due to moving
house I've only just got round to using it to run some real programs.
And I've got a problem.  I'm obviously losing steps somewhere, as
positional accuracy is drifting.  Running some basic tests it seems

OK, harking back to an older thread, I've now got a 3hp, 415 in & out
3-phase inverter (Siemens Micromaster 420) to run the head motor on my
mill.
The motor is 2-speed, 2700/1420, 3 / 2 hp.
