Brown and Sharp type gear cutters each cover a limited range of teeth numbers. E.g. a number 6 cutter covers 17-20 teeth gears, and a number 5 cutter covers 21-25 teeth. As I understand it, the cutters are exact for the lowest number of teeth, becoming less and less

Using 5 min epoxy to glue larger scale figures, legs and arms. Instructions are a bit vague as to how much will do the job. Any experience here as to how much/little you can get away with to get the job done?

Bob: There is a complete gear set available, it was a bit rusty due to lack of oil, but I have cleaned it up a bit in some thinners, and all the gears look fine. A bit of oil and they all spin OK and no bad play in anything. There is the sun

Though otherwise in excellent condition my recently acquired Student 1800 has no No Volt relay. All that remains is a black blob that at some point, after it melted, has been removed from the circuit :-) Any thoughts on a suitable replacement and a source welcome.

I watched "Strategic Air Command" on one of the movie channels last night (for about the fifteenth time) and enjoyed just about every minute of it. The aerial photography was superb - again.
