I have just build a set of Silvermaz RUB Set cars, and I find the plastic
wheels are crap.I was wonder what size brass wheel to use in the Silvermaz
bogie sideframes.
Can anybody suggest a wheel size, say from the AR Kit series?

Does anyone have any info about locomotive headlights at the turn of the
century? (1900, that is).  When did they start using electric lighting?  Which
types of housings were used for the different types?  I'm modeling 1910 and I
thikk a lot of changing/development was going on.

Group, I've just finished painting a diesel with Weaver Scale Coat gloss black.
I bought a can of Scale Coat clear flat to overspray after aplying the decals.
I tested the flat on a boxcar and found it to be too flat for my taste.  Does

Nothing got shipped last week as I had a bad bout with a cold. Rain is
falling for now in the desert and predicted for the rest of the week so
please be patient will all the orders that you submitted.

Anyone ever have a problem with these units vibrating over the rear truck after
DCC was installed? There are no obvious things wrong such as rubbing wires or
anything out of line. Ran well before decoder was installed.
