Just a small update, showing the new extension to the main line. This is in fact half of a larger module cut down the middle. It was done this way to enlarge the layout and give a longer run on the main line. Pic is the first one on the home page.

I am just in the learning stages of this hobby. I am planning on a first layout of about a 5 x 9 size. I have read some on DC as well as DCC control. I understand that DCC is the wave of the future but according to the trainguy at my LHS, maybe only 30% of modelers
