Have just bought a few of the new Bachmann bogie bolsters.... but what
loads did such things carry, and more to the point, what is available
in OO gauge model form ? The (shorter) Lima ones I have carry rail
loads - but what else can realistically be modelled to add some

Some time ago, I came across a website with a work in progress, modelling a
class 375/377 southern emu (from what looked like 170 coaches).
Stupidly, I forgot to add the site to my favourites, and google is of no
help.

I noticed there was some interest in hot wire foam cutting here. I
have some of that wire available. Gauges 19 up to 30 gauge. I have
spools of this nichrome wire, so if any one needs some for foam
cutting, lemme know, K? I could sell it really cheap. Thanks

I am about to install my first decoder, Lenz LE1035A, into a SA 400
class Redhen railcar which uses a Black Beetle bogie.
Is this straight forward? or are there traps for the unwary?
