OK, I am sure this must have been discussed many time but.... Currently for my 00 collection that includes scratch built steam, kit built steam and loads of R2R steam and diesel I use a plastics grease for plastic gears and any all plastic axle and box combinations.

Bending flexi-track to third and second radius - any tools to help the job? I had a look in a model shop in Norwich over the weekend (Great Eastern), and saw some TrackSettas, but none were the right radius to match Peco Second and Third Radius settrack curves.

anyone recommend a good DCC setup for a returning enthusiast going to be used on a 8x1 terminus layout with a max of 4 locos but needs to be expandable :) big plans for a 40x40 4 track oval in the pipe line along with a few branch lines a TMD, Coaching stock depot, and a few others ...
