I am planning a first model railroad for our two sons, ages 7 and 9.
I am planning to use Atlas True-Track because it will be easier for
the boys to put it together and take apart again, and reconfigure
creatively.  I've also planned to use 22 inch radius curves because I

I have just uploaded Ron's latest Eureka Times, which includes a copy of
the preliminary design drawings for the 620 class.  These drawings very
clearly show that there will be no less than *two* speakers pumping out
noise!

where can I buy these clips, the model shops down here do not stock them.
I purchased an amount track  and of course no end connectors or those that
remain are naff.

Is anybody familiar with the brake gear on CN's blue intermodal cars? I'm
trying to figure out what the rigging is between the pulley below the hand
brake and the connector under the side channel. It looks like there is some
sort of pivoting arm that swings under the end platform. ...

Some time back there was a thread on painting the sides of rail to

One recommended product was DecoColor paint marker, available at craft

Well, I finally installed my first Warm White SMD LED in an Athearn Genesis
F unit, and I have to say that I will never bother with micro-bulbs again!
Adding 620 ohms of resistance to one of these is like pulling a curtain
down, and anything weaker doesn't offer enough protection ...
