I am considering adding DCC to my layout which is still under construction
at this time.
My choices are the Digitrax Super Empire Builder or the Lenz Set 100 which
are almost equal in price.

I was reading an HO scale, train article that made numerous references
to a "1st generation geep" when discussing the engine(s). Could someone
please put a Walthers model number to this term so that I can have a
visual [Proto 2000, Atlas, or ...].

I am moddelling steam/deisel era up to about 1967, i would like to use the
lima seacow for this respray, is it possible to use these wagons without
much coversion or where they built later (rivited version) also where they
ever called Walrus.

I haven't bought either the Kato nor Athearn Genesis SD70MAC yet, so I was
wondering what does most of you out there think of the two in comparison for
the level of detail.

It is sad to say that
Fred Dibnah, who  was aged 66 has died, he became an unlikely television
celebrity and was the star of 20 documentaries. in the U.K.

I need the popular model railroad gauges and their respective track
width(distance between rails)
I would check a hobby shop, but the nearest one is about 70 miles one-way.

I have a Graham Farish loco which I believe from the guarantee card to be
model #1806. Can anyone please confirm that #1806 is a Class 5 and what
colour it should be ?
