Lionel Polar Express Tain Set Rip Off Artists08 Dec 2004 00:02 GMT17

huge rip off on ebay, and other online stores are also gouging.
Wonder what the set will sell for after the Holidays. I think that
retailers are hoarding stock so they can gouge.  I will remeber those
Fulgurex - Diodes07 Dec 2004 22:52 GMT10

decided to work with them for the moment). Among the replies I received was
one which mentioned using diodes to convert 16vAC to DC. ...

I just received today my On30 Bachmann Climax, looks great!  Since I am

truck Climax that Bachmann has been mentioning forever.
Anyone heard any word on a possible release date?
Using computer power supply for HO--safe?07 Dec 2004 05:22 GMT11
This subject has been discussed before, but I'm reviving it
with hopes of new input and new info.
A computer power supply, especially some compact ones I've
come across seems like an ideal HO 12V DC source to wire one

Keen System Couplers07 Dec 2004 00:55 GMT1
Anybody out there fitted these couplers to the latest Hornby pullman
coaches.
I refer to the 7.50 kit, do these fit in without the coach being modified?
Do they work well?

considering my options for controllers. I am very tempted to go DCC from day
one, if only for the simplicity of wiring. The budget at the moment is very
tight, so I really have to weigh up the pros and cons of ...
