Any advice on a materials or methods specific for removing lettering from
Accurail freight cars?  I'd like to remove black road numbers and preserve
the painted gray sides of the reefer body.

I've been reading up on scenery and have started practicing a bit
(using foam insulation board, covered with plaster cloth and then
covered with ground foam, etc.)

Since the weather today is so reasonable (5 degrees Celsius and not much
wind around these parts) I decided to try a haulage test on D6826.

I have a new Williams Dash 9 engine that the electronic couplers open
