I am thinking about replacing the bulb in a Athearn HO blue box engine with a miniature bulb to the shell. I will probably be converting the engine to DCC in the future. Has any one done this and any ideas on how to do this?

Hi again all I am hoping to super detail a couple of locos to this standard and am hoping someone might either have done similar or know (if) where I can get the bits to do this. It really appeals to me in this form.

Trying to get the Bodyshell off a Bachmann 66 - so far without luck. I'm trying the 4 screws either end of the fuel tank and though they seem to be turning I'm not getting anywhere. Is there anyone who's removed a body from one of these yet?

I Just obtained an HO Rivarossi AC-4 Cab Forward engine from an old collection and am having trouble taking it apart. Does anyone have a diagram showing how to separate the body from the chassis and motor drive system. I've tried the Rivarossi site and it is under construction
