I have a small problem.  I need to install a number of ground throws on two
surfaces that do not hold nails well. One is homosote, and the other is
foam.  Does anyone out there have a trick for doing this?

I've just bought a Gallows Turn Table Kit - The Cliff Line Scale Models #

I am currently converting my locos to DCC control, so far no major
problems and I have an ever growing fleet of chipped locos - as time and
money (!) permit.

Layouts visited include Curt LaRue's Pennsy Panhandle, Sam Parfitt's GN,

I am thinking of doing an HO layout and buying one of the Atlas track
packages.
My ? is has anyone ever dealt with Atlas Models by mail or phone?
Or even used their web site to place an order?

I am getting back into Model Railroads again.  The only problem is,
when I took out all of my loco's, stock, track, and scenery, I found to
my utter disgust that most of it, if not all was badly damaged.  The
damage was probally caused during one of the recent house moves.

    My family is asking about building a garden railroad. Any
opinions on roadbed & track since it gets really cold here in winters?
How about what other equipment to use?

Now that MDC and Athearn have been rearranged under Horizon Hobby
ownership... did this carbody make it into Athearn's current catalog?

Was talking with a guy I met lineside and he was tell'n me about plastic
signal heads for HO scale.  Just the heads, no mast or base.  Problem is
that I don't remember the mfg.
Somebody knows?
