Yes it is true, the Eltham Model Railway club was given notice last
month that we had to vacate our clubroom at Panton Hill. Like many
clubs, we are now looking for a new home in the Eltham-Greensborough
area. If you know of a contact or space  - Please let me know ASAP !!!

I have a DC-Kits class 105, which uses a Black Beetle motor. It really needs
extra pickups adding to the other bogie.
Am I right in thinking that I need phosphor-bronze ?
If so, where can I buy it?

Couple of quick tips that work for me ...
If like me you have a static layout with lots of pointwork, isolated
sections and the like and consider DCC to be for wimps <g> then like me
you'll have lots and lots of wires running in all directions under the

Any thoughts on which is a better buy? I have one locomotive from each
and they appear to be comparable. Although the Athearn requies a bit
more assembly then Atlas.

Anyone have a good way to model brambles, ferns and similar undergrowth in
4mm. I don't see anything convincing in the woodland scenics range which is
what I usually use.

Railways existence,  known as the transitional (from steam to diesel) era?

against the Blackberry.  Nobody seems to understand what type of ruling was
made except it looks bad for Blackberry.  The Gov. is upset because I guess
