NYC Elevated Subway Structure08 Jul 2006 18:27 GMT13
There are probably hundreds -- if not thousands -- of on-line pictures of
New York City subway cars and stations.

I'm in the process of scratchbuilding a large batch of structures.
Since I have  a large quanity to do, Instead of plastic sheets I've
been building the shapes in foamcore board to get the correct size and
trying to find a good source for the printed brick cardstock.
brown and grey?08 Jul 2006 00:57 GMT29
Why are goods wagons either brown or grey? Are they used for different

Check out this very cool slot car and trains HO layout that's for sale

perhaps you all might be interested in this one.

What products are the most efficient. Since the temp moved into the

DCC Question07 Jul 2006 14:31 GMT7
I understand the concept that the 'instructions' to the locomotives etc. are
carried along the AC powered trackwork, my query however is this:-
If you instruct 'Loco A' to travel in a certain direction at a certain
speed, it will do this until it receives an instruction to the ...
Which locos?07 Jul 2006 13:02 GMT2
I'll be moving into a larger apartment within the next six months or so,
and I'll finally have room for a small layout (even if its only a shelf
layout). I've already decided to model a narrow gauge line in
California's Mojave Desert, running from the boom town of Copper City to

Anyone know what will blacken down the motion on older Tri-ang and Hornby
locos? (apart from paint, of course)

MTH ITAD06 Jul 2006 23:14 GMT1
I'm trying to set up a simple on / off accessory using the MTH ITAD.  I hook
one wire to common the other to Normally Open  -  The accessory does not
shut off.  If I hook one wire to common and the other to Normally Closed the
accessory does not come on.  This is the case for ...

MTH HO K4 - Mixed feelings?06 Jul 2006 15:29 GMT40
Folks:
It's unfair of me to say this.  I don't own it, nor will I, given its
$400 list price.  Still, based only on the review in the July MR
my feelings are indeed 'mixed', to say the least.  And you know,
Gargraves Track06 Jul 2006 12:43 GMT6
Does anyone use Gargraves Track for their O or S gauge layouts.  I'm
thinking of switching to this track.  Any recommendations would be
appreciated.
