Challenger Brass Caboose Question25 Nov 2006 16:43 GMT3
I've noticed on ebay a number of brass cabooses up for bid but less
their floors and undercarriages, but include the trucks and wheels.
What do people do with these items so they are not available to sell
the caboose as a complete item?  Thanks

Useful drawings?24 Nov 2006 23:51 GMT15
I am currently converting a pile of sketches on making simple N Gauge models
from (mainly) Peco kits, the sketches were mostly made in the 1980s. This is
rather time consuming and my models were made for fun so they tend to be a
bit on the crude side.  I have put up the first ...
Circuitron BD-1 and Tomar H-858?????24 Nov 2006 02:16 GMT13
All
Is it possible to make a Circuitron BD-1 and a Tomar H-858 love each other?
The H-858 is a 3-colors-from-one-LED Signal. It has three wires - red, green
and white. To make the LED light up, the red or green wires need to be
Circuitron ER-1 Question24 Nov 2006 02:12 GMT2
On the ER-1 are the + and - supply terminals supposed to be connected on
both sides? Or is this just a power pass through like on the BD-1? There is
no indication (i.e. in/out) on the ER-1 board as there is on the BD-1 and
the instructions are vague.
Hornby Dublo23 Nov 2006 20:37 GMT2
Can anybody tell me it Dublo made any rebuilt Merchant Navy class
locomotives? If so what are they? Many thanks Roger.
O Gauge Double slip23 Nov 2006 19:16 GMT7
I've fitted a peco double slip to my layout, but am having difficulty in
wiring it up.
I didn't buy the switches PL13 of PL15 as shown on the instructions, hoping
to be able to wire it up with out.

LMS Garrett22 Nov 2006 21:02 GMT2
Anyone know where to obtain the Skinley (or other)drawings in 4mm for an LMS
Garrett?
A friend has decided he would like to build one with proper running gear,
and the rest of it in cardboard. Anyone else tried this?
Bachmann sound22 Nov 2006 19:19 GMT18
I notice from the Bachmann website that dates have finally been displayed
for the new DCC sound locos, although still without prices.
The 47 and 25 seem to be awaiting stock, where as the 20, 55 and 66 all seem
to be Feb/Mar dates.
Bachmann LMS Fairburn 269122 Nov 2006 17:17 GMT2
First impressions of this loco which arrived at Killiecrankie this week.
It runs very smoothly with only a very tiny wobble, and it will pull 9 Mk1s
plus 4 of the new Hornby LMS corridors. Slow running is excellent (on
straight DC).
