Brass strip: Anyone know how narrow these commonly strips go down to (in the UK) - at least from easy to obtain ranges, I don't mean thickness/gauge but actual width. I'm looking for some around the 3mm (now that we're metricated <spit>)

I have a few engines that I bought along the way that have DCC installed. How can I tell what decoder is installed? I think I need to know the decoder so that I can determine the CV values.I'm going to be using a Digitrax Zepher to operate the system.

I'm trying to find the dimensions of a UK rail tanker which was probably used for transporting fuel. The overall length of the tank is very approx 8 metres long and 2.5 metres diameter.
