Folks:
I don't know why I haven't thought of this before.  Remember the
MR "Kinks" feature? This is the perfect place to do something like
that!

I'm interested in getting the Woodland Scenics Grand Valley layout kit. I'd
like to build a layout, but I really don't have the talent to build anything
from scratch. I would appreciate your opinions and comments on this kit.

I'm at the point where I'm adding structures to my layout.  While I normally
like to build my own, I recently saw a Walthers Palace Theater available
from an Internet vendor. Has anyone actually seen one of these operate?
They have rather elaborate electronic lighting effects ...

Just having a lok round the Hattons site and saw the Pendolino.  I must
say that even though Hornby said it would not be a 'serious' model, it
does look loads better then the Dapol version.  That's not saying very
much though is it?

Does anyone know of any Model Railway shows in or near London over Easter?

You know how train show layouts normally are, right?
Big or small, they're often multiple nested loops with
dingy ground-foam scenery and dust covers everything

Steve Caple and puppets were quiet this weekend.  RMR train board is
getting back to a sin free version which is nice to see.  Maybe Steve
was in church on Palm Sunday instead of trolling which would be many
prayers answered.

Just testing to see if my posts show up on this group. We changed computers
this month and some defaults may not have been set.

I bought a lot of Kato N-scale track, accessories, locomotives and rolling
stock.  It was one of those things...  I was almost obsessed. ;-)  It's hard
not to fall in love with the Kato stuff.  I set up a lot of the track on a
large dining room tabletop and ran the locos and ...

Well, after downloading the free Trainplayer demo,
which includes the Rahway and something RR
from "101 Track Plans", I found it to be interesting,

the Royal Mail international customs clearance fee is going up shortly
from £4 to £8.

My porn collection is getting boring and I have to leave the basement
now once in a while. What are your best sources for porn so I can get

I have two daughters, aged 6 and 3, who are highly interested in trains.
Right now they've been playing for months on a wooden train set set up
in our living room, but I'd like to surprise them with a nice electric
train set, preferably HO scale.
