I've searched this newsgroup and can't find answer.  Probably a very simple
questions.  Pulled old Lionel 2-6-4 engine & train out of storage.  When I
put engine on track and turn on transformer, the engine takes off real fast.
The red reverse switch on the transformer does not ...

I wonder if we should be at all surprised that the Chinese were caught
driving a coach and horses through quality procedures. Not that a
railway modeller is likely to put a model train in their mouths it
does surprise me just how much faith we are prepared to put in goods

Can anyone tell me how to remove the wheels and axles from this? I'm
trying to improve the contact between the pickupd and the wheels but

Just noticed on Bachmann's website today (25/08/2007) and sent them a quick
email, that the new Standard 4MT 4-6-0 that they're proposing to release in
