The discussion referred to was on a somewhat different topic -  this

thingy that someone had discarded, and found the vibrator in one corner
of the circuit board. It's a little DC motor, about 7/16" long by 3/16"
diameter, driving an unbalanced weight. Probably could power all ...

12 volt power source?29 Dec 2007 21:48 GMT209
I don't know if this is a dumb question or if it just SOUNDS like a dumb

Help. Blown motor on Trix steamer29 Dec 2007 20:54 GMT9
I was giving an slightly older locomotive a run and the motor blew
before even getting a quater of the way round my 4' by 9' layout.
Lots of smoke from motor, so I assume it's blown.
Locomotive is a Trix GT2x4/4 - a 0-8-8-0 heavy tank locomotive.

Goodling hasn't come up trumps for a change! What I'm after, if no
pics are available, are the interior colour and whether or not the
seats have arms. The ones in the kit I'm building have no arm rests
