I have spare parts from an IHC model, and I noticed that the coupler openning is both wider and does not have that curved lip in the back. The instructions for the AHM model will appear to work properly in the model as the truck frame is slightly different, and it mounts

I have just bought a very old Hornby tank loco R.455 which has a missing step. I would like to replace this and wondered if anyone knew of a source of loco 'bits' perhaps white metal castings etc. Another solution would be to make a mould of the good one and perhaps make a

Has anyone successfully converted the AHM (Rivarrossi) GG1 to accept Kadee 37 couplers using the Kaydee instructions? If I use the existing coupler hole, I have to file off the front side of the draft gear box (besides the back) to clear the frame on the loco. Of course its ...
