Can anyone tell me if the container is glued onto the Hornby conflat wagon (e.g. R6346)? If it is glued on, is it easy to remove without damaging the wagon? I would like to be able to run the wagon with and without the container.

I know that most people here have a good handle on what they're doing, but I've always found it useful to read another person's take on a subject, especially if I thought I knew all about it. Amazing how much we know for a fact that just ain't so. ;-)

When installing a Peco turnout and a Tortoise switch machine, do you reduce the tension on the Peco spring or remove it all together. How do you reduce spring tension... squeeze it together? Carter Braxton

Having begun to feel really smart a.s at having solved my ToT problems and basking in the glow of some of the over bright LEDs ( now fitted with resistors despite only having a 3.3v supply) I made the decision to expand to cover the entire system.
