Are there any model railroad fans in Central AR?

Folks,
I only managed to get a couple of hours at MRS 2009 as young son (4)
got fractious :-(

Business is way down on the railroads, but it was brought home to me
just *how far* down when I drove past Union Pacific's West Colton

here the privilege of hearing my expert take on this subject (not!).
Forgive me if you've heard this from me here before. I think I have a
superior way to do ballasting, although it does take a lot longer.

Does anybody know of a set of instructions to fit a decoder to a new n gauge
GF Fowler 4f?
