Can someone give me the quick tradeoffs between this design and a
minimum diameter model with respect to a maximum altitude flight in a

week.

Slower shipping since blackout?30 Aug 2003 16:35 GMT2
Has anyone else experienced slower delivery of ordered goods since the blackout
of a couple weeks ago? Coming back from vacation yesterday, I'd expected to see
a box o' engines. That vendor that I buy from regularly, said the blackout
could have backed-up mail handling some. That ...
launch report and a few questions30 Aug 2003 16:23 GMT1
Had a pretty decent day thursday and went flying.  We finally flew my wife's

Rand Simberg's Article30 Aug 2003 01:04 GMT3
Someone in another thread refered to this article and posted a link, but
Fox News had lost the article, and I've lost the original thread where
I saw the link. Fortunately, the author has a copy on his blog, so I'm
posting the link he sent me.

I was recently cruising around various vendor sites, and I came across the

Can anybody help me out?
Demise of Lil Johnny Outhouse29 Aug 2003 18:06 GMT10
Saturday, I attended a JMRC launch at the Michigan International
Speedway.  Although I brought a lot of rockets, I spent more time BSing
than flying, but felt compelled to fly at least a couple of rockets
after driving 100 miles to get there.
