Who's going to BUFROC in Geneseo this weekend and what are you flying?
Looks like the weather is going to be excellent and at last check, the
Day's Inn still had a few rooms left.

Does anyone know where in Canada LDRS 2005 is being planned for?  I google
searched this group, but didn't find anything specifying where LDRS might
actually be held in Canada.
I thought I heard it would be held at Roc Lake, but Leathbridge Rocketry

Just a reminder that the 4th Annual BUFFROC launch is on for this weekend.
The launch runs Friday thru Sunday with Friday being exclusively an EXP day.
The range will be open 12:00Noon to 6:00PM on Friday and 10:00AM till 6:00PM

The Tablet is misbehaving with the Webcam software (keeps crashing) so I
will not try to run the webcam. I will however video tape the whole thing.
All Day 5 content is online. George Kicked but in F Dual Egg Loft with

I'd like to know if there is a model rocket kit, large enought to send
an adult-sized individual, up a couple thousand feet, with reliable
parachute system?
Would the rocket engines required cause too much of a scene?

online of the Russian R-7 booster.  I'm sure I could find it in "Rockets of the
World" but being an unemployed teenager I'm a bit broke and most likely will

Jerry,
I just bought a USR Banshee kit originally manufactured in what appears to
be the mid-eighties (the orange instruction sheet says "designed by Jerry
Irvine, updated 7-84).

The only way I can get this altimeter to power up is to move the Jumper off
the Altitude block(3 pin) on to the the next set of pins(250 on 750 off) It
will not power up with any of the wires from the 5 pin connection block.
Anyone have the instructions for the older version?

Now I'm going to play devils advocate for awhile....
Over the past year or so  in here( meaning RMR) at every point I have seen and read numerous people "poo paw" the idea/concept that
a LMR/HPR could be "weaponized"  ........AND even if it was "weaponized" ...
