What is the status of the NAR/TRA lawsuit?

What are the FAI contest flyers using for motors now that the Apogee 10.5mm

I'm a low power guy (A-D) building Quest and Estes kits. I prefer the
Quest style kevlar + elastic shock cord configuration to the Estes
paper mount glued to the top of the body tube. I'd like to build my
future Estes kits the Quest way.
