stable by a caliber or two or three.  What does this really mean.

Having just got back from EARS may I be the first to congratulate Steve on
his succsesful L3 flight.  He flew Tintinus on a Hypertek M to arround 5k
with flawless recovery.

Funny how many people wouldn't dare sing or play an instrument in public

Can a non-profit organization get an LEUP?
With the NPRM going final next year and Congress playing re-election
politics, this might be an alternative to individual permits.
