Has anyone who won a raffle prize in the "Save Rocketry Now" campaign
received their prize from US Rockets?
I received my prize from PML last Thursday. I read here where Jerry
indicated he had sent some prizes out, but mine was not one of them.

This story is claiming that a MANPAD hit a courier aircraft today.
If the story is correct it was an SA-7, I would think a 7b.  Imagine how
much better something designed in the last quarter century might do?

Anybody notice that Vern and Gleda Estes were wearing Semroc hats in
the photos in this quarter's issue of Sport Rocketry?
I thought that was kind of interesting... and encouraging.

I'm searching for some long skinny tubes with resealable caps. 6" or even
longer.  The only thing that comes to mind is a cigar tube. Plastic or metal
would work, but I'd rather avoid glass, since they could break.  Even better
if they are about the same OD as the AA Maglite.  Any ...

There was a donation from a company called Lightning Pyrotechnic.
However, I have not been able to find a URL for them and they are not
listed in the vendor list on FlyRockets.
Anybody know them?

Does anyone have a link to a site that lists the dimensions of the

So what is the biggest boost glider that you have seen? (Other than the Space
Shuttle).  Is it possible to have a slow launch say with an M then have an RC
glider.  Is there a manufacturer that makes boost gliders for a 29mm or 38mm
motor mount?

The following article is a follow-up on a story that was posted here several
months ago. It's not directly related to rocketry, but at the time some had
suggested this man's fate was what ATF had in mind for unlicensed rocket
hobbyists:

Everytime I want to do something other than flying the harddrive grinds like
crazy and the program take ages to respond. Plus the flight planner dont
work... how can I fly from taiwan to LAX if I dont know ...
