I was a little surprised to see people mixing their own APCP on Rocket
Challenge.  Some questions for those of you who have "rolled your
own":
Is this a common occurance in HPR?

Ok now that I got the fins mounted, I've come to another first. What is the
best way to seal and finish a large balsa nose cone? In the past I've just
used sanding sealer and sanded and painted. That was some years ago and I
want to get with the times. Is there another potion that ...
