What's considered the optimal shape of the leading and trailing edges of
rocket fins?
I've followed Harry Stines advice in Handbook of Model Rocketry using
rounded edges for

I am planning on taking the plunge into hybrids and will need a timer.
I want to do some tinkering so I want to get the cheapest timer out
there. I have been toying with the idea of building my own and was
wondering what the available options are

What to get Frank Kosdon for Christmas (serious)
1. Igniter dips (pre-dipped) with 18" leads or more.
2. A full case of Dow 111 grease.

I went to install a tube in a NC and dug out my Evercoat two part
foam(Foam-It) and it was dried up.
So I go to the store to get more, the last quart can lasted me over 2 years,
and they wanted $80 for a quart!

Just got word we have no TRA insurance for the first couple weeks of
2004. Glad to see they kept us up to speed on this with lots of
warning.

I am working on a new rocket, that is 5.5" diameter - bout 7' tall. Should
fly on 10kns M's. I am deciding on a shock cord. What material's do I need?
What sizes? I am not going to ask how long since I will add as much as space
allows. 50'ish for apogee, and 35ish for main. Is 9/16" ...
