I went to install a tube in a NC and dug out my Evercoat two part foam(Foam-It) and it was dried up. So I go to the store to get more, the last quart can lasted me over 2 years, and they wanted $80 for a quart!

I am working on a new rocket, that is 5.5" diameter - bout 7' tall. Should fly on 10kns M's. I am deciding on a shock cord. What material's do I need? What sizes? I am not going to ask how long since I will add as much as space allows. 50'ish for apogee, and 35ish for main. Is 9/16" ...
