I listed a few more conversion kits on eBay. People have been digging them. Try that VP
on a C11-3, a D12-5 or an E15-4 (although the E15 is gonna make it go WAY high). Don't
use an E30 or you'll "pull a Skylab".

I have not had good results trying to glue balsa fins onto the plastic
tailcone of the Estes Silver Comet.  Just recently I read on another website
that Loctite and 3M both make an epoxy made for plastic, available at
www.mcmaster.com .
