So, I've been working on an Outlander for the last week, and I've come
across two instances in the intructions where they are just flat out

There is no PAD exemption.18 Apr 2004 00:12 GMT99

site but until he steps up and openly sells motors it is all just
talk. He wants to walk into battle from behind. If all Jerry says is

together a list of errors on the Estes (or anyone's) instructions, along
with the suggested solutions?  Obviously, Estes won't be doing ...

My Suggestion for the NO-Cert crowd.......17 Apr 2004 02:25 GMT41
IF you don't like the current NAR/TRA/NFPA triumvirate running your HPR
activities then I have one suggestion:
Go before your State Fire Marshall, and propose that he unadopt NFPA
1125/1127 and replace it with a state  specific state run  HPR licensing and
