Anyone know of a GOOD battery tester AND/OR circuit anywhere on the web (or
elsewhere)? I used to have a circuit which would test the battery under a
load given some semblance (IIRC)of a "fresh" battery's internal resistance.

NASA-Marshall has been sponsoring a program called the Student Launch
Initiative for several years now.  It's a program where several
selected high schools are awarded a contract to build a rocket to
launch a 1/2 lb payload to 1 mile, and 2 miles up for college teams.

Which are the loudest 24, 29, & 38mm Aerotech reloads? Specifically ones that

  I just tested out a home made Teleflite G-75, the bp was  milled for 7
hours in my home made ball mill. I was very impressed at the wooooosh it
produced and it must have went up 1300'. I have to fine tune the motor still
but for a second try it was quite nice. All went well ...

When I used to build rockets as a youth, I always bought Centuri
Superbond Glue (to build both my Centuri and Estes kits)...
What is the equavilent of that these days?
