Best Pyrogen survey31 May 2004 18:44 GMT36
I have been playing with Igniterman conductive primer and making
bridgeless igniters - also using Igniterman Pyrogen on top of the primer

mixing).

Retrieving Olsen data31 May 2004 17:26 GMT1
I have an Olsen altimeter and have only been able to download the data from
the last flight from the unit.  The instructions say it will record  two
flights.  How do I down load two stored flights?

FRUSTRATED - Where to Launch In LA/SOCAL area?30 May 2004 03:10 GMT11
Where can one go to launch Estes Rockets in the greater Los Angeles County

Irwindale where you have to wait for some scheduled weekend club sponsored
event that is overly managed (flight cards...give me a ...

Please don't post anything but rockets this weekend.  If we can handle one

Simple criteria.  Before pressing send ask yourself "is this post a

Scale Missile Fin Shape29 May 2004 23:29 GMT1
I recently purchased a couple of The Launch Pad kits, that are available
once again, through Performance Hobbies, including the Bullpup and Alarm.
The kits are nice, but there is no information on the proper cross-sectional
shape for the fins for scale appearance.

I'd like to get some feed back on an article that I've written for
this month's issue of Sp'Rocketry.  The article is titled "Build Your
Own Altitude Chamber." I decided to go a little deaper than most
My motors are the best nobody can use.29 May 2004 14:46 GMT13
Hi.... My name is Jerry Imaswine. I and my friend David WeenieSucker

impulse red motor that burns for 5 minutes. Any resemblance to a
NAR President's TARC 2004 Report - Fun Stuff29 May 2004 02:32 GMT8
First, hats off and three cheers to Trip Barber and his merry band of
70 NAR members who wonderfully executed the 2004 TARC Finals.  These
committed NAR volunteers came from all over the country to spend their
weekend on a rocket range but did no flying. I again this year heard

Rocket Motor Noise28 May 2004 15:32 GMT30
Does anybody know of a reliable source for sound levels of the various
commercially available motors? We have been requested to keep the volume
down at our launches. Some of the EJ and a few of the F's really kick up a
racket as they fly. So we are trying to figure out which motors ...
