Electronics, A Variety Of Questions (altimeters and trackers) With One Pro38 Question11 May 2004 20:37 GMT6
On altimeters.
Does anyone know of a downloadable manual for the Transolve P6?  I'd like to
see if it has a test sequence like the missileworks altimeters do.
Trackers.

I see Jerry as someone who has a great variety of rocketry related
experiences & knowledge. One thing I like is that he has a different
perspective on the way a lot of things that make the organization. I
think he's realistic enough to know that the BATFE isn't going away

The construction article by Verna and Randy DeArman is complete with the

repaired.
If you have not seen the construction article and pictures, it's worth a

L3 practice launch, or not?11 May 2004 12:00 GMT11
I would like to ask the opinion of the group:  When you finish your level 3
rocket, what are the advantages and disadvantages of making a test flight
before the certification attempt?  Presumably the test flight would be on an
L motor (and the rocket is capable of being safely ...

Explosive Debate:
L2 Today!11 May 2004 05:17 GMT13
I did the first half of my L2 today with a scratchbuilt 4"x8.5' rocket
called the Piranha Donna.  I used a Pro38 J400 and Rocksim says the
altitude should have been around 5,800.  I didn't fly an altimeter
because I wanted as little to go wrong as possible on the cert flight.

Yesterday's SEARS Launch10 May 2004 19:21 GMT1
I usually just lurk here but I wanted to say thanks to all the people that
were at the SEARS launch yesterday in Samson Alabama. John Stein, Greg Lane,
and Jack Kale were especially nice. It was the first club launch I have ever
been to and I must say that I had a great time. The ...

If any of you are familiar with German model rocketry regulations, I would
appreciate some help.   I will be in Germany with my family for several
weeks visiting in-laws.  My wife wants me to "entertain" my nephews with
some rocketry (building and launching), but I don't have any ...
