Anyone built one of the Hawk Mountain Kits?  If you got a MDR equipped one,

Saw a short itme on CNN headline news showing a rocket event, said it
was a dual eggloft Team America event. Lots of good size rockets,
definitely not normal Estes size. Wonder if there were a bunch of
JBGT's looking for those future terrorists or if they are learning

Are the plastic Estes rockets suitable for launching at the beach and
recovering from the ocean?  This summer we'll be at an island where
there aren't a lot of large open spaces (and some pretty constant
winds), but there's lots of open space downwind of the beach...
