Has anyone any insight into why Ky's rocket impacted 20 miles(!) from
the predicted impact point and way outside the 3-sigma dispersion
analysis he submitted to the FAA?

With all the "Keep rmr About JI" supporters {still} out there I thought I
would check and see what was up with netscan.  It's current through March
(current?).  I've copied the top 5 topics, and the top posters (with over
100 posts) for 2004.  Netscan sorts by number of posting days ...

The BATF and regulations are for the most part useless. Unfortunately, like
roaches which are also useless, they ain't going away. There are too many
lifers in the BATF who will never give up the really easy job they have and
the completely underserved inflated sense of importance ...

I am in CA so I suck for viewing Venus transit. But a budddy in UK is an
amateur astronomer.

I've just spent 15 nitpicking minutes following the instructions to
attach the new registration sticker to my license plate. Supposedly,
you must now remove the old sticker to apply the new one; Since the
adhesive is herculean and the sticker frangible, this is impossible
