What type of elastic is used to attach the chute to the rocket on larger
models >1lb?
Where does it attach? For the smaller ones I have been using sewing elastic
and it has worked fine for the smaller ones but not shure about this larger

I've read a number of things lately but still a bit confused.  Do I now need
a LEUP if I want to buy L1  reloads at a launch and bring them home ?
Does this also apply to SU motors ?  I guess I need this explained to me in
laymans terms.  Thanks for the understanding .

I am looking for peoples opinions on these things, specifically for a 12in
dia rocket.
I have an airframe with a 11in ID that has a 24in space between bulk plates.
The NC is 10lb(might be 20lb after nose weight) and the parachute is 10lb.
