I think that the Reagan Administation was a bigger threat the safety

i have my first rocket with d size engines, but i am initially concerned about
its height and recovery with the D. since the C11 is the same size, am i asking
for trouble by puting the smaller c in it.  will it just not go as high?  like
putting an A in a rocket that ussually runs ...
