Aeropoxy31 Jul 2004 22:16 GMT5
I have a question on Aeropoxy. I have used this product in the past in my RC
building and it was quite expensive. Where is everyone buying this for their
rocket building?
Also, I found this to be under the brand name of Hysol - long set time,

I wish all chicken posts would go away.
I assume of course posting my wish to rmr will escalate the posts.

Enough already,  How do I filter out the Jerry  vs eveyone show???31 Jul 2004 21:22 GMT5
I added several users to my blocked senders list for RMR and
I don't want to filter any more users, especially when those users
contribute useful information on other subjects.
I currently use Outlook Express Ver. 6 and it does not filter NEWS

Thanks,

Any Launch Sites on Cape Cod, Massachusetts30 Jul 2004 13:32 GMT2
I'm yet another born-again rocketeer, a 45-year old finance geek who
should have been an engineer.
I just moved to Harwich, MA and am looking for a local launch site on
Cape Cod.  Does anyone have suggestions?
HelpMe: Cutting Fibreglass/Carbon Tubing30 Jul 2004 03:26 GMT11
I have decided to build only fibreglass/carbon from now on. It doesn't burn as
well as QT, which for me is a huge advantage.
What is the best way to cut fibreglass and/or carbon tubing in the 2" - 6"
range? I have plenty of power tools but nothing

[Jerry's trolls]29 Jul 2004 19:19 GMT2
I own you.
Have you noticed I actually post real rocket content (recent and
recurring advanced tech), reply meaningfuly to tech posts, sometimes the
ONLY one, and I rise above you each and every day?
Well well well, congratulations Jerry!29 Jul 2004 19:14 GMT111
I had a little bird tell me  you have still been missbehaving as
usual..Did you pay your fine yet? Bet that was an eyeopener, but then
knowing you maybe not. I hear you have a new girlfriend as well, whats
her name...........Dave or Davena Weinershaker or something like
turbopumps for model rockets29 Jul 2004 15:30 GMT16
Does anyone do turbopumps for model rockets powered by Lox/whatever,
especially Lox/LH2?
I can probably build everything except the turbopumps, which kind of implies
that a lox/whatever pressure-fed model is not totally out of the question.
New Item at Hobby Lobby29 Jul 2004 13:59 GMT7
Just made a quick stop at a local Hobby Lobby to look for clearance stuff.
Found a new Micro-Max Starter set.  Several rockets, pad & 50 motors for $39
I believe.  Will definetly pick 1 up at the next 1/2 off sale
Getting there...(new project)29 Jul 2004 12:49 GMT12
I completed the aft section and electronics bay on my "new" 4" rocket. The
47.625" long aft - which'll hold a 75mm 8000N-s case - weighed in at 3
pounds! wooHOO!!!
I'm gambling the entire rocket may weigh as little as 7 pounds ready-to-fly

Removing broken clip?29 Jul 2004 07:25 GMT4
I've got an old Syner-Jet reloadable motor that I'm trying to clean up. It uses
C-clips, like a Kosdon motor. The C-clip at one end is rusted, and when I used
the special tool to squeeze it so I could remove it, both ends of the clip
broke off, leaving a little more than half the ...
Digital camera for rocket photography???29 Jul 2004 06:31 GMT128
A while back I posted a question about buying a digital camera not for
lofting, but for rocket photography from the ground. Then I got downsized
and was out of work for about 3 months. I've been back at work for a couple
months now, and am looking for ways to spend what's left of ...
