Just bought Ameteur Rocket Motor Construction book by David Sleeter. After
glancing through it I became worried about the legality of actually building
them at my home in California...Sacramento area.  Is it legal to build
motors at home here? Do I need some sort of permit?  If it ...

Estes Snapshot to Rastrocam??16 Jul 2004 04:17 GMT3

Better than the Alphas15 Jul 2004 21:10 GMT19
We should send around something like a Caliber ISP, ya know, like all around
the country. Something that'll fly on an H-K. Only rules are:
GOTTA have some stills or video. I'll provide webspace for stills (the
w.nkers who run my ISP disallow video in all formats)
Dave "Ducky" Klouser15 Jul 2004 19:59 GMT12
I don't know how many of you knew Dave Klouser.  He was a longtime NAR
competitor as well as one of the founders and past president of PARA, my
NAR section.
Dave has suffered for many years from a degenerative form of dementia.
