Loki Research motors at LDRS10 Jul 2004 14:58 GMT53
Production and sale of Loki Research reloads has begun.  Another AP motor
vendor is in business.
Loki was selling 38mm and 54mm reloads at LDRS.  These are
precertification reloads and cannot be flown at a Tripoli launch until
LDRS Stuff10 Jul 2004 13:37 GMT21
I know I'm a tad late but I wanted to say it was quite awesome to meet
several rmrians and Internet colleagues I hadn't the pleasure to before:
Phil Stein - you are what you write :-)>  BTW, stop that! You're gonna go

Hobby Lobby Sale: Am I nuts or is H/L just smarter than some think?10 Jul 2004 03:45 GMT11
Ok I went and shopped Hobby Lobby in 2 locations about 3 weeks before the
sale this last week. I noted that both locations had Executioners (Estes E
engine kit) in stock on a properly marked peg. One had a V-2 in stock. There
were several higher end kits at both stores. When I ...
One last thing (Honorable Mentions)09 Jul 2004 23:29 GMT1
There were two people noticeably absent from LDRS: Bill Rossi and Lew
Garrow.May not mean something to many of you out there, but Bill and Lew
have been staples for us for years out this way. It really isn't the same
without their regular attendance. A lot of us miss these two ...

I've placed a couple of pics of the 100mm motor that I lugged out to LDRS--
a semi-custom job originally intended for a Mark Simpson FTBOD, but not
 actually flown.

club multiple launcher - useful features? (long)09 Jul 2004 22:08 GMT63
Last year, I successfully helped to form a local rocketry club. We've
been fortunate that a local hobby shop has been helping us (and several
other organizations in town) by lending us their multiple launcher for
our launches.
Looking for comments on "Igniterman" conductive primer ignitors09 Jul 2004 18:37 GMT24
I'm considering getting an "Igniterman" construction kit to make up ignitors.
I'm intrigued by the use of the conductive primer dip, so that ignitors can be
made without doing any soldering of bridge wires or nichrome elements. It's
also enticing because it is possible to make small ...

Imagination Celebration: Prime Time09 Jul 2004 05:54 GMT2
Even if you haven't built anything yet, even if you still plan to build for a
bunch of other events, you still have time to make a great entry for the
