This thing is unreal. We're going to have sustained winds of around 70 mph
most of the afternoon and we're 280 miles from the coast! ...

Our response was a rarely unified one.

I went to home depot, lowes, a couple farm stores and garden supplies
and could not find Potassium or Ammonium nitrate/perchlorate anywhere.

(OT Tech)- PDA's18 Sep 2004 23:52 GMT4
Know lots about PC's but little about PDA functions.  My son is pushing for
one at school.  Question: are there any small sized units that allow word
processing and viewing PDF type files but that DO NOT have gaming functions
or capabilities?  thanks

regarding ejection charges.
In my limited time I have always used flash bulbs in my ejection charges. I
have only had 1 failure (on my main due to not enough BP) using these bulbs.
What was your first rocket?18 Sep 2004 22:14 GMT86
Just as a matter of interest (I'll bet there's lots of stories), what
was your very first model rocket?  And where did you get it (and why)?
The reason for the second part of the question is that I bought mine (an
Astron Streak) at the LA County Fair in '68 or '69, but despite all ...
