Using doppler radar to record rocket speeds28 Nov 2004 00:34 GMT10
I ran across this on ebay:

Anyone have any idea if this might work for a rocket speed trap?

Repair advise needed for airframe brocken above coupler tube27 Nov 2004 15:03 GMT10
My Aerotech strongarm hit the deck and destoyed the nose cone and the
top half of the airframe.
I had to cut the airframe off flush with the coupler tube and now I'm
at a loss as to how to fix it. The plan was to find something that

old textbook.

Tintin rocket CP26 Nov 2004 23:51 GMT12
Has anyone calculated, determined, etc., the Cp for the Tintin rocket?  It

Launch pad plans?26 Nov 2004 15:04 GMT7
Bought my son his first model rocket kit. I was wondering if there is
any place out there with plans for launch pad? Though maybe he would
get more out of building from scratch than just buying a cheap one.

Michael's 50% off Friday 6-8AM25 Nov 2004 19:42 GMT2
If you have a Michael's near you, and they carry any rocket supplies,
there is a 50% off coupon in the newspaper today, but it's only good
tomorrow from 6-8AM.  If you want to score a blast-off pack for about
$27.50 (my Michael's lists them at $55), this is when/where to do it.
Aerosleeves25 Nov 2004 14:49 GMT1
Has any one tired http://www.aerosleeves.com/tut.php or just using the sleeves
as a way of reinfocing your tube??
My search for a carbon tube is looking bleak or a glass one...so this might
have to be it.
Help!25 Nov 2004 13:31 GMT2
I saw and article that I think was in Extreme Rocketry but may have been an
older HPR magazine.  The article was about filling out the FAA7711-2 form if
anyone can direct me to Issue number or month year etc I would greatly
appreciate it.
