[F-FT] Helicopter Rockets31 Mar 2005 19:55 GMT14
I notice that there is a 'D' Helicopter event at this year's NARAM.  Can
anyone point me to past rockets, plans, etc., for helicopter rockets
above a 'C'?  Just curious.

epoxy allergy31 Mar 2005 16:40 GMT3
Has anybody used this epoxy?    They claim it to be "non-toxic" but I wonder
if its non-allergenic.

NO2 cost31 Mar 2005 02:57 GMT7
Does anyone have a good estimate on the cost of NO2?  For a motor that
uses 200cc of NO2 I'd like an estimate of the per flight costs.
Thanks,
Peter
getting back into the hobby30 Mar 2005 19:33 GMT7
Hello. I've only been in the hobby off and on. Lost many rockets at the
local school when I was a teenager.  I've been so bored with my other
hobbies and would like to get started again. Also thought about r/c
planes but to expensive and time consuming.

Camera rocket auction?30 Mar 2005 07:53 GMT3
I'm considering putting up a 2.6" diameter camera payload for auction.
How much interest would there be in this? Would it be better to include
a rocket with it, or just sell the payload? Both would be in a
near-complete state, needing only to be painted by the buyer.

Bond-o filler on rocket nosecone. 29 Mar 2005 20:25 GMT14
Happy Easter everyone,
I have been working on getting a nosecone completely smooth for about three
days. Alternating layers of model clay filler and sanding (particularly
because the clay doesn't bond to the plastic and sometimes cracks or

Commanche 3 Launch - Shredded Booster Fins at Staging28 Mar 2005 15:54 GMT2
I launched a Commanche 3 yesterday with two stages - D12-0 and C6-7.
wRASP says it stages at 388 feet and 250 mph.  It sure looked a lot higher.
The minimum diameter booster stage lost two fins when it hit the wind
sideways after it was kicked off the rocket.  Both fins took some of ...
Ouch Credit card fraud28 Mar 2005 14:57 GMT6
I know this has happened to others but you never think it will happen
to.  The other day I logged into my Premier Business PayPay account to
find out I had been cleaned out of funds.  Upon further investigation I
found that someone had gotten my debit card information and had gone ...
