Can anyone point me to descent rate design data for large streamers?
For example, if I have a 6 in. x 60 in. fabric streamer and, say, an
8 lb. rocket, what would the descent rate be?

I found a local manufacturer of custom  filament wound Carbon Fiber, Kevlar
& Glass items.  Tubing ( From 9.4mm up to 300mm), odd shaped objects etc....
I'm going to get them to make up some 75mm, 54mm & 38mm tubes, Couplers,
