Cutting Carbon Fiber / Nomex Sandwich Composite Fins08 Apr 2005 22:23 GMT5
Any suggestions ?  I tried some test cuts in a scrap area and the results

to cut and still stay on the line.
Scroll saw just tore the material apart...

Picked up a pack out of the "Oldies Box" from local hobby shop.
They're 38mm long,  8.75mm Dia. and have an 8sec burn time.

Its been a while since my L1 cert and now that the weather is getting better
I've started thinking about getting my L2 cert. My club flies out of a few

I looking for the best way to attach nylon strap to a quick link. In the
past I just was able to epoxy the nylon to itself. Is this the best way?
Thanks,
A couple of questions on LEUP07 Apr 2005 04:15 GMT95
I just got my L1 cert and plan to get L2 in the future. With that said
I guess that I will need to apply for a LEUP?
Finding the application form is easy. I'm looking ofr some instructions
on how to fill out the form. How much does it cost? And does it need to

Anyone have a Rocksim file for this rocket?  Failing that, is it a straight

Thanks ;)

I don't wish to start a contentious thread but I have a quick straight
forward question I think someone knowledgeable can answer.
If I go to a club field to certify level 1.  If it is a busy range,
there is usually an engine vendor onsite, right?  I certainly would be
