If the BATFE came to the NAR/TRA leadership tomorrow and said we, the ATF,
will exempt from ATF rules and regs, completly and totally,, Full J size
motors, meaning that only K and above would require ATF compliance, and the
NAR/TRA brought this to a vote of its members, what ...

Have any of you folks experimented with stabilization methods other than
fins?  Spin and gyroscopic stabilization some to mind along with some active
schemes.

I joined TRA yesterday (heck, I'm shooting hybrids, and they are all TMT
certified... least I can do is support TRA...). I joined via Paypal, and all
went smoothly. This AM I got a message from Phyllis Kelly (on an AOL

The indyrockets.org web site has been completely rebuilt and is back
on-line. There are still a lot of things that need to be finished, but
it is usable. The rest of it should be in place by this weekend.
