| Nobel winner liked to 'blow things up' | 10 Oct 2005 00:45 GMT | 10 |
Found this interesting. In today's paranoid, over-policed, hypersensitized, super-PC climate, what would have happened to this guy? http://www.suntimes.com/output/news/cst-nws-nobel07.html

| Sport Rocketry Sept./Oct. 2001 | 09 Oct 2005 03:49 GMT | 6 |
Folks I'm looking for Sept./Oct. 2001 issue of Sport Rocketry, as it has a couple pictures of a local rocketeer that passed away suddenly at a young age of 44. The local fliers are trying to put together a collection of rocketry photos and memorabilia for Karl's family and I'd

| Boost Glider upscale question | 09 Oct 2005 01:10 GMT | 5 |

| Black Powder Ejection at High Altitude | 08 Oct 2005 16:40 GMT | 5 |
I taped the Discover Channel Rocket Challenge when it aired a year or two ago and still watch it (too often, I'm told). The one thing that really bothers me has to do with the Aurora Project - the use of black powder for ejection at 30K feet.

| C6-0 make a C6-P | 08 Oct 2005 14:12 GMT | 45 |
Can I (before I wreck my glider) make a C6-0 into a C6-P by adding Epoxy to the non-business end of the motor? Will this work to prevent burning of my boost glider? Thanks for your time

| Personal Launch Report... Balls 14 and XPRS | 04 Oct 2005 17:31 GMT | 5 |
Arrived at the Balls site on Thursday, about 2 PM. Made camp, and met with some nice folks from Colorado and Utah. Rocket people are great! Unfortunately, the weather went south Friday morning. Wind, wind, wind. No flights all day. But there were some seriously ...

It's official. Bruce Kelly sells U.S. Rockets motors at Balls 2005. That's right folks, several reliable witnesses saw Bruce Kelly selling a stash of U.S. Rockets motors at Balls 2005. Since Bruce was not a commercial customer, the edumacated inference is these were from the

| Racism at a launch | 03 Oct 2005 07:27 GMT | 163 |
At a recent launch I attended (recent being defined by "within the last year") two "good ole boy" types pulled up. Being bored, I headed over toward their truck to see what rockets they had. As I approached the truck, they were already out and scanning the
