RE:  Another Commercial from Top Gear
I received another file from Damian Hall with a commercial for the
Upcoming Top Gear Show.  I know there was some codec issues with the
first commercial so this one should work a bit better.  It has pulled

So how many years is it going to take to get APCP removed from the list of
explosives ?  What about things like electric matches and bp for recovery
charges ?  One still won't be able to legally buy them and store them.

I have a 2.5 lb rocket that I will be launching with an Aerotech RMS
